Prepare the Playing Field Place the red blade of grass in the middle of the table and make two circles around it with the other blades of grass. The inner circle will have 6 blades of grass and the outer circle will have 12 blades of grass. Arrange the green blades of grass so that they alternate between light green and dark green. | Aim & Launch! Choose a spot to launch your plastic grasshopper and aim it at a blade of grass of your team's color. To launch, press down on its wingtips and then let go! With a little practice, you'll be able to control the direction, height, and distance that the grasshopper jumps. The grasshoppers can jump up to 3 feet wide and 15 inches high!
